Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your item within the return window from the sale event. Returns accepted up to 60 days after purchase.

Returns will only be accepted for products that are in original, unused, and unwashed condition with all hang tags, boxes, and packaging included. We reserve the right to decline a return if the product's condition does not adhere to these requirements. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To return or exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team at us-support@peugeot-saveurs.com to initiate your return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label via email.

Returns will be exchanged or refunded to the original payment method. The original purchase amount, minus the shipping fee, will be credited once the return is received and processed at our warehouse. Please allow 10 to 14 days for your return to be processed following receipt.
